Skyline’s Teen Broadway Company offers a fully produced musical theatre experience designed for young performers. This Company is led by experienced instructors, providing professional training in acting, singing, and dancing. Students explore diverse roles, musical styles, and theatrical genres, refining their performance skills to a professional level. This process includes the step-by-step experience of auditioning, being cast in a show, weekly rehearsals, and finally, performing for a live audience. Beyond the spotlight, students emerge not only as skilled performers but also as confident individuals ready to face the challenges of the world beyond the stage. ABOUT THE SHOW
In this hilarious and outlandish story, the lives of six teenagers from a Canadian chamber choir are cut short in a freak accident aboard a roller coaster. When they awake in limbo, a mechanical fortune teller invites each to tell a story to win a prize like no other – the chance to return to life. Through a wondrously funny and touching series of songs, the teen contestants argue that they should be the ones to be saved. Told with moving insights into adolescence as well as dark comedic style benefiting the outrageousness of its premise and with content adjusted especially for high school performers, Ride The Cyclone: Teen Edition is a memorable and original musical. What makes a life well-lived? Who deserves to have a second chance? Which are the memories that we will treasure? All these questions and more are answered in Jacob Richmond and Brooke Maxwell’s stunning work.

Junior Company

Skyline’s JUNIOR COMPANY offers a fully produced musical experience led by theatre professionals. Students of all experience levels are welcome! What matters most is dedication and a strong interest in performing. Our teachers guide young performers through the full musical theatre experience, from auditions to opening night, building confidence, ensemble skills, and stage presence in a fun and supportive environment. Through the arts, students gain confidence and develop stage-ready skills while bringing a Broadway-style show to life.
ABOUT THE SHOW
Rock got no reason, rock got no rhyme… You better get me to school on time! Andrew Lloyd Webber’s School of Rock: Young Actors Edition is a dynamic, one-hour version of the musical based on the hit movie, designed especially for young performers. The tuner follows Dewey Finn, a failed, wannabe rock star who decides to earn an extra bit of cash by posing as a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school. There he turns a class of straight-A pupils into a guitar-shredding, bass-slapping, mind-blowing rock band. But can he get them to the Battle of the Bands without their parents and the school’s headmistress finding out?

With guidance from industry professionals, students build confidence, explore storytelling through acting, singing, and dancing, and shine together in a fun, supportive environment!
ABOUT THE SHOW
Do you want to build a snowman? You’ll love this fanciful and heartwarming stage adaptation of the celebrated animated film. Join Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Sven, and all of your favorite characters as they embark on an epic, ice-filled journey of self-discovery, camaraderie, and the real meaning of true love. This musical includes favorite Frozen songs such as “Love Is an Open Door,” “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?,” and “Let It Go,” as well as wonderful new songs from the Broadway production. This production of Frozen KIDS is sure to prove that “some people are worth melting for.”
